In fact, Meta’s lawsuit claims that Facebook not only operates in the same immersive technology industry as small businesses, but also offers “the same in -depth experience” in the same event and place, “and that it is also reportedly reported to work with” creators and companies the same one.” It is different from Meta’s claim that they make contact with Facebook as soon as the last company announced his plans to change the image. After expressing concerns about a shared name, Facebook allegedly told Meta that the two companies were dealing with “very different goods and services.”

As additional salt in wounds, Meta shows that Facebook is a company that is influenced by controversy, claiming that such controversy has “destroyed” its ability to continue to operate with the name Meta. “Meta is associated with toxicity that is closely related to Facebook,” claims the lawsuit. Meta (Facebook, namely) has not responded to this accusation with public statements, but this is certainly not the first time he has faced legal action due to rebranding.
